It is with enthusiasm that I write regarding Susan Orneck. Susan was my realtor when I purchased a villa in July and also was the listing agent for my property at 2711 Resnik Cir. E., Palm Harbor. I have nothing but the highest praise for Susan and her professional management skills in helping me purchase and especially in selling a home.
I had an offer early on, in fact, I had two offers but I accepted the first offer and was quite excited. Susan certainly had her work cut out for her as the buyer was extremely difficult and demanded many things that she felt needed to be done to the house. Some were legitimate as recommended by the home inspector but many were totally ridiculous and required infinite patience on Susan’s part. The offer was just the beginning of countless hours that Susan put in to ensure that the sale went through.
Susan is a most professional, personable and reliable realtor. I felt totally comfortable working with her and trusted her advice and guidance. I know that it is a buyer’s market but this buyer went above and beyond reasonable in her demands. Susan handled this buyer very professionally and kept the buyer satisfied within reason. It certainly was reassuring to have such a professional in my corner and who was willing to go above and beyond reasonable to get the job done.
Your office should be extremely proud to have Susan as an associate. I have dealt with many realtors over the years, both here and in Indiana and have yet to meet one with all the skills, professionalism, personality and genuine caring that was demonstrated by Susan. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or associates if they should desire to sell or buy a property.

"To anyone needing a GREAT Real Estate agent:
We needed to sell my mom’s home in Clearwater Florida very quickly in order to move her back to the Midwest. After interviewing several realtors we decided to list with Susan Orneck at Prudential Tropical Realtors based on her experience, her engaging personality, her professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market and marketing plan for our property. This proved to be, hands down, the absolute best decision we could possibly have ever made.
Susan was active in every part of the transaction from the property assessment to listing to closure and kept us informed and offered very straightforward suggestions every step of the way.
We left all of the furnishings in the home because we had to move out of state so quickly and had little time to prep the home for resale. While we were over 1000 miles away, Susan found a very reasonably priced contractor to repaint the walls for us, install new carpeting, make some minor repairs and professionally clean the entire home. She then put her design expertise to work and restaged the furnishings in every room so the home had great show appeal.
She immediately posted photos on the real estates listing site and held an agents open house.
This home was in an adult living community that had over 50 other properties for sale at the same time, yet Susan attracted a bona fide buyer within the very FIRST week of the listing and negotiated a sale price that was darn close to the list price. Wow! Simply stated we were stunned.
The buyer had their own furnishings so Susan even took it upon herself to find a way get all of our furnishings moved out.
She handled all of the many, many details with the buyers and their agent, the property management company and the title company and even arranged a “mail-away” closing for us. The entire transaction went through without a hitch and we didn’t even have to fly back to Florida to attend the closing.
Time the property was on the market was less than a week and total time from listing to closing was less than 45 days. During this entire process, and even though we were 1000 miles away - there was rarely a day that went by that we didn’t get a progress update from Susan.
As I stated initially, listing our property with Susan was the absolute best decision we could have ever made. I would definitely enlist her services again and highly recommend anyone wanting to sell their property to list it with Susan – believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed in the results.

" This letter is for future buyers and sellers out there alike. In 2002, my husband and I owned a condo in Largo, Florida. We contacted Susan Orneck and asked her to help sell our home. She came in and worked her "magic" and within a three to four days we had a contract and it sold; wow, we were amazed!
Since that time, we have relocated to Kentucky and inherited a wonderful home our father left us located in the Largo area. Once again we needed a realtor and remembered the great job that Susan had done with our last home and quickly called on her.
She has pulled it off once again to our surprise (knowing how bad the market is we wondered if this could be done within a year's time)! She placed our home on the market and within one week she had a buyer! What a gigantic surprise this was to us. This woman has a gift to set things up and sell a home! She goes beyond what is expected of her and her integrity is amazing. What she says she will do! She follows through; no surprises! She is highly professional but not to the point that she cannot get down to any persons’ level and relate and be friendly. She is a wonderful person who is full of talent and integrity and we highly recommend that if you place your home or you invest your time with her to help you buy a home, you will not be disappointed; you will be thankful indeed! She even went so far as to send us a package that she purchased with her own money on "How to Invest" because we were not sure where we should place our money after the sale of our home. This is truly a special woman who cares for people.
